Margaret Teo is the Chief Spokesperson for SMRT Group. In tandem with SMRT’s strategic objectives, Margaret also serves as the steward of the company’s reputation, and oversees stakeholder communications, media management, digital engagement, and corporate social responsibility. Prior to SMRT, Margaret spent many years in the tourism and hospitality industry. Margaret holds a distinction in Master of Business (International Marketing) from the Curtin University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from the National University of Singapore. She also attended the Advanced Management Programme in Harvard Business School. Margaret currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the UITP Marketing Committee.
