Carlos Sierra is the current EMT Madrid Director of Transport Services, in charge of bus service (around 2,100 buses in 220 bus lines, and 5 bus depots). He has a Degree in Industrial Engineering, Master in infrastructure and public services management and Master in Business Administration and Engineering. He has wide experience in Bus technology, fleet maintenance and related infrastructure planning. He joined EMT in 2015 as Quality Division Chief, and since then he has hold different top management positions, including Sub-Director of Coordination for the Operational Centers, Manager of La Elipa Operations Centre, Responsible of the Central Ticketing Collection Agency and the Central Workshop and the Roadside Assistance Direction.
