Mrs. Soledad Pérez-Galdós Enríquez de Salamanca. Civil Engineer by the Polytechnical University of Madrid and graduate in Physics by the National Distance Education University (UNED). She is currently in charge of Madrid´s Regional Public Transport Consortium (CRTM)-UITP Spanish Innovation Center in Madrid and Infrastructures Coordinator at CRTM where she´s developing novel projects as A-2 technological BUS-HVO lane, or CRTM´s “APARCA+T” Intermodal Parking Strategic Plan, among others. She is also former Deputy Head of Planning, and responsible of Traffic, Road SafetY in the Community of Madrid, where she worked for more than a decade developing urban and interurban road projects and involved in road design and accessibility management and ITS tools applied to roads. Previuosly she worked in construction sector, related with geotechnical instrumentation, infrastructure monitoring, and manager of site quality control in several infrastructure constructions, like metro 7 lines or highway.

The presentation explains what does the Public Transport Authority of the Madrid Region, which CRTM represents, regarding the use of digital data collection to enhance public transport planning and recover ridership following the pandemic, through interesting projects as Big Data&BI, Monitoring Mobility, Multimodal Route Planner and another strategies based on digital data as are CRTM´s Innovation Center´s testing, pilots and demonstration of technology for deploying the next generation of ITS in Public Transport.
