Mind the Gap - Diversity is a prerequisite for the success of tomorrows mobility solutions
In order to allow a fully engaged and diverse Norwegian society we have to pay attention to all individuals, as we believe everyone has an equal need, and right, for a spontaneous and social life. In the development of tomorrows mobility solutions this will be paramount. However, it reguires organizations, managers and employees to consciously change their mindset and develop solutions that are accessible for everyone, from start to finish. Our presentation outlines how to include everyone in the development of public transport solutions and how these solutions are important for customer satisfactions. In short, we will present the following parts: 1. Introduction of the sustainable freedom of movement project. 2. Presentation of the concept "Mind the gap". 3. Concrete examples of how the project have influenced stakeholders and partners.
