I joined TfL in 2005 and have worked in an array of roles including transport planning, tech and ticketing, finance and more. I have been Head of Business Planning, Head of Strategy, Head of Change and currently am General Manager of the Docklands Light Railway. I have been an enthusiastic representative of TfL at UITP for some time now, serving for two years as vice chair of the Organising Authority Committee and two years as Chair.
