Torsten Klimke is head of the unit for Innovation and Research in the European Commission’s DG MOVE (mobility and transport). Previously he worked in the maritime and aviation sectors in DG MOVE and DG Enterprise. Having studied electrical engineering, Torsten worked in several managerial and technical positions in a private air traffic management company.
