Since 2014, she has held the position of Deputy General Director at Tatra-Yug (Ukraine), a leading producer of tramcars in Eastern Europe. The brand has successfully operated trams in over 20 cities since 1993. The production facilities are located at the renowned Yuzhmash plant in Dnipro city.
Inessa Kerdivara’s areas of responsibility include strategic planning, expansion of international markets, and government relations. She also served as the project leader for the tram fleet renewal in Alexandria, Egypt.
In 2012, she commenced her career in business consulting in Germany after obtaining a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Hamburg. She has been awarded the European Recovery Program scholarship twice.
Additionally, she has authored scientific publications on corporate culture and intercultural management. In 2007, she established non-governmental organization focused on environmental protection and the promotion of non-formal education in Ukraine.
Furthermore, she has participated as a keynote speaker in infrastructure conferences.
