Cãlin Hera has more than 15 years’ experience in vertical and horizontal people flow solutions. Having worked across various industries, from cruise vessels to office buildings, he is currently responsible for the development and implementation of KONE’s solutions in public transport and airports.
Cãlin has vast experience in customer research, service management and relationship marketing and a dual academic background in Social Sciences and Business Management from Bucharest & Helsinki Universities, and Hanken School of Economics.
