Segolene is passionate about mobility, sustainability, and finding ways to create more inclusive and liveable environments for people to thrive. From an early age, she has been curious about people, different cultures, new ways of doing things and she has spent most of her life outside of my native country, France. Working in an industry that is focused on delivering a service to people, has the ability to have an impact on day to day lives and drive change, is quite unique. She has been working in the public transport industry since 2001 in Europe and moved to Australia in 2017. Her work has seen me travel in many cities to engage with clients and stakeholders, identify best practices, share ideas to encourage change, organise and participate in industry events, work on bids, deliver mobility projects.

Keolis Downer is an Australian pioneer in the successful delivery of On Demand services including curb to curb, curb-to-hub, pre-booked services. We have so far trialled and/or run five services in Australia, including Australia’s most popular On Demand service, Keoride Northern Beaches. On Demand Transport is an advanced, user-oriented form of public transport characterised by flexible routing of small to medium vehicles operating in shared ride mode between pick up and drop off locations within a service area, according to passenger needs. We focus on building a personalised customer connection through our Drivers and world-leading technology. By providing fast, reliable connections to strategic centres and interchanges with minimal walking distances, On Demand services can be transferred and adapted in a variety of suitable locations across Australia.
