Civil engineer, specialised in transport, urban mobility and development.
Currently Director of Studies and Strategy at the Executive Council of Sustainable Urban Transport (CETUD) of Senegal, I lead and coordinate economic, environmental and transport engineering studies with prospective, strategic and operational dimensions, such as the Dakar Urban Mobility Plan by 2035.
I am also coordinator of the Dakar public transport network restructuring project (2023-2026), complementary to the new Regional Express Train and the Bus Rapid Transit.
I often represent CETUD at many activities in Senegal and internationally.
