I graduated from Yıldız Technical University of Industrial Engineering Department. I have a master’s degree from Galatasaray University in the same domain. Also, I am a Ph.D. in Management Engineering area.
I have been working for 13 years in IETT which is a public bus authority in Istanbul. I experienced different roles such as BRT expert, planning, and service quality. Finally, I am responsible for the strategy development department for 5 years.
