My team within Transport for London provide analytical insight, systems and tools to support Compliance, Policing, Enforcement and Security priorities on the transport system. We develop and deliver of evidence-based policy, to support operational activity and undertake problem-solving to address key issues. We recommend compliance activity for the police as well as Operational Enforcement officers, and assess our impact
Main areas of focus include safeguarding, women’s safety, unwanted sexual behaviour, revenue control/ fare evasion, antisocial behaviour and workplace violence. We support our approach with analysis and insight, as well as measuring and driving improved performance.
