Hanna Björk works as the Head of Sustainable Development at Västtrafik. Hanna has worked with environmental issues linked to traffic for 20 years. At Västtrafik Hanna has the overall responsibility for Sustainable Development strategies and is often used as an expert in everyday operation. This can involve future plans for a fossil free fleet and setting environmental and social standards in procurement. Hanna works in cooperation with Swedish and Nordic colleagues to lift the role and importance of public transport to decision-makers and politicians, where there are needs for change in for example rules and regulations towards a fossil free transport sector. She is also a Västtrafik´s representative in UITP´s Sustainable Development Committee where the work is focused on the Global Sustainable Development Goals. Hanna is also board member at ETI Sweden (Ethical trading initiative) and CSR Västsverige.
