Prior to this he was co-founder of Arnab Mobility, a micro-mobility start-up in UAE. Recently, he led the launch of Demand Responsive Transport service “Citylink Shuttle” across Kuwait
Played a major role in the development of India’s Supercomputer PARAM. Developed Innovation Strategy for $25 bn Crossrail project in London and award winning “Dubai Innovation Index”.
As a digital & innovation strategy consulting lead of PwC, Dheeraj has developed several transformational strategies for Roads and Transport Authority in Middle East such as Innovation Strategy, Marine PPP model, Automated Fare Collection (AFC) strategies.
Dheeraj holds a PhD in Computing Science from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi and MBA from Imperial College London, UK. Recipient of two Young Scientist Awards from the Government of India for his innovations.

New mobility mode that we all need everyday is a Mobile App that integrates, and provides access to, different transport services, such as public transport, ride-sharing/hailing, car-sharing, bike/scooter-sharing, taxi, car-rental etc. MaaS is an evolving concept of how consumers and businesses move away from vehicle ownership towards service-based, multi-modal aggregation of modes as well as on-demand mobility. MaaS offers integrated journey planning, booking and payment, as well as en-route information to provide easy mobility. Super App is a natural progression and next super App is likely to come from mobility tech.
