Alberto ALONSO POZA

Alberto Alonso holds a Law Degree from the Complutense University of Madrid (1987), MBA from IESE Business School and SEP from London Business School.
He has held management positions in several companies, both in the public and private sector,highlighting his work as Director of Strategic Planning and Finance at Corrreos y Telégrafos,S.A.(2012-2018),General Manager at EBN Capital and General Manager at Grupo Aguas de Valencia. He is currently Director of Finance and Strategy at Empresa Municipal de Transportes de Madrid,and also Vice-Chairman of the European Affairs Committee at UITP.

He has been member of different boards of directors of companies such as AENA, Empresa Nacional Santa Bárbara, EGEVASA, Correos Express, Nexea, and member of the Accounts Committee of IPC (International Post Corporation, Brussels).He has been part-time Associate Professor of Strategic Management and Strategic Management at the University Carlos III of Madrid,IE Business School and IE University,and is currently Associate Professor of Strategy and General Management at ESADE Business School.
