SERMETRA provides services to public road transport operators to cover their operational and maintenance needs. Through its strong technical expertise, centralized relationships with suppliers, and the ability to provide both remote and on-site services, SERMETRA generates synergies and economies of scale for its clients. Additionally, SERMETRA offers technical assistance for deployed systems and acts as a purchasing center for equipment and spare parts. Through its Monitoring and Management Center (CMG), SERMETRA provides a single and centralized point for the coordination and provision of maintenance services, both preventive and corrective, including equipment repair.
