Unlike traditional card payment models, O-CITY employs account-based approach. It leverages the cloud SaaS model to ensure centralised management across the city payment network, while enabling operators to scale up without making additional infrastructure investment and introduce any contactless payment method they want from transport and bank card to mobile payments, QR scans, NFC, Barcodes and even biometrics.
