Juliana Vilert is a psychologist with a master’s degree in “High Executive Management” from the School of Public Administration of Catalunya, and other specialized studies about human behaviour.
She has occupied several positions in the Public Administration sector, in Psychology and Human Resources Management. She has also been the presidency of the Human Factor Foundation and is now a member of the Board of Trustees. She is an advisor to the Council of Councillors of the Women, Business and Economy Observatory of the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce and is a vice-president of the 50to50 Association which aims to achieve parity in decision-making positions. She is a member or advisor, in several Regional and National Foundations and Working Bodies, in the areas of Management, Human Resources, Research, Public Administration and Social Action.
