Zoe is an award-winning designer who is fascinated by what makes us human. Zoe has extensive experience in transport, Infrastructure and built environment industries, working on several significant projects at Meld Studios that have seen her work at all scales of design, from customer touchpoints to stations, precincts, and integrated transport plans. Her most recent role saw her lead VR testing of proposed station designs to provide customer-centred insights to architectural and design teams. In 2019, she won a Gold Good Design Award for excellence in public sector service design for her work on Sydney Metro Northwest’s Integrated Services Plan.
Zoe strongly advocates for equitable and accessible public transport experiences, ensuring that traditionally less represented voices are heard through human-centred research and design.
Zoe is an accomplished researcher, facilitator, designer, and speaker who has delivered talks and workshops at several local and international conferences and is a regular guest lecturer.
