Instant-System has developed a new generation route planner based on the Connection Scan Algorithm (CSA). The CSA was created by the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) specifically to respond to public transit issues. The CSA is an extremely fast algorithm because it makes extremely simple operations and traverses the network in an intelligent way to find an optimal result
