Motorized dispenser for RFID paper tickets from fanfold or roll with double feeding mechanism, rotative cutter, thermal printer and capture system. With this device is possible to issue new ticket but also insert paper ticket or PVC card from mouth to be re-loaded (read and encoded) before being given back or captured.
