Tali Arkushin is the Director of Measurement at the Israeli Ministry of Transport. Her role is focused on setting quantitative policy goals and monitoring the progress towards there targets. To design better transport policies she implements the use of big data as well as insights from psychology and behavioral science.
She holds a Master Degree in Cognitive Psychology from University College London and is a PhD candidate at the Technion University, studying the influence of cognitive psychology on transport decisions.
