Julien Réau has been Innovation Director of Transdev France since 2018. He identifies opportunities for new products and services for mobility (public transport and all shared mobility) and puts them to the test in the form of experiments, before becoming deployed solutions on a large scale.
Within Transdev, Julien Réau has had multiple experiences, in very operational functions (development, network modification, contract management, new mobility implementation projects) or in “support” function at a local, regional, national level.
The COVID-19 crisis has turned mobility behavior upside down, it has also accelerated trends; thus the Innovation roadmap has been totally renewed.
Transdev’s Innovation team, which now leads Innovation correspondents between 12 countries, is in contact with a large ecosystem of partners (startups, innovative providers and schools/universities) and deploys an exclusive program called “LEMON” (Transdev Mobility Experimentation Laboratory)
