Pilar has a BS degree in Economics and post-graduate studies in Finance. She also holds an MBA degree from the Instituto de Empresa (IE) (Spain).
Pilar has extensive experience in the financial sector. In her previous jobs she worked as relationship manager in the area of corporate financing for South American companies. Besides Pilar was involved in the leasing sector providing leasing financing solutions to German companies for the procurement of large equipment and machinery.
Since 2008 Pilar has been working in the Mobility Dpt. within the KfW IPEX-Bank in Germany where she has gained export, project and asset-based financing experience in the rail industry as well as in the public urban transport sector (rail and buses). Pilar is currently part of the Origination and Structuring team covering Spain and the Americas.
