The nemi tool comprises the web back-office for definition of stops in a territory and the ensuing routes as well as the departure times of the route and the duration. These elements configure the trip options available to the user, who makes a reservation through the user application or by telephone to a call centre.
Thus the platform is a system for collecting travel requests based on a defined range of services. For each defined travel time slot, user requests are collected and processed from the mobile application or the back-office web booking engine, the algorithm then processes all the options and calculates the optimal itinerary for the trip.
