Carolina Martínez Cuellar is an Industrial Engineer, graduated from ‘Universidad América’ and is candidate for a Master’s Degree in ‘Strategic Management’ from ‘Universidad de La Sabana’.
She has 23 years of experience, leading work teams with more than 5,000 workers in the mass passenger transportation sector.
Carolina Martínez is currently the General Manager of ‘La Rolita’, the first Public Transportation District Operator in the Colombian capital city with the integral implementation of the gender equity approach in the organization’s DNA and with a vehicle fleet of fully electric buses.

'La Rolita' is the first public operator of 100% electric transportation located in Ciudad Bolivar, with a gender equity approach that provides jobs for 600 people, 51% of whom are women. 41,000 daily users are transported on 11 routes with 195 100% electric buses. 'La Rolita' main objective is to build sustainable mobility with gender equity and community inclusion.
