Ester Litovsky is Strategic Planning Director at Emova S.A. She has a degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires and a Postgraduate degree in Transportation Planning and Economics (Institute for Economic Development of the World Bank). She has 45 years of experience.
She worked for 10 years at the National Transportation Secretariat and was the Planning Manager for the state-owned company Subterráneos de Buenos Aires. In consulting, she has worked on urban transport issues for the United Nations, for multilateral credit agencies and for private companies.
She is President of UITP Latin America and Coordinator of the Planning Committee of Alamys (Asociación Latinoamericana de Metros y Subterráneos)
