Taylor is an expert in agile innovation, urban planning, municipal policy, and child-friendly cities. She has a PhD in Urban Studies from the University of Glasgow. Additionally, she has firsthand experience working in start-ups and as a mentor for new entrepreneurs. Currently, Taylor works as an Entrepreneurial Innovation Officer at EIT Urban Mobility, where she manages agile innovation projects and funding calls.
