June 05: Data driven approaches for efficient planning and monitoring of public transport operations
Digitalization Trends: The merging of IT and OT for Integrated Supervision, Control & Communication
"Through convergence, operations control centres can now monitor and act on gathered data in real time to help build efficiencies and prevent downtime. TRANSIS ISC² is a product combining SCADA and Passenger/workforce/IT communications in one integrated package sharing a comprehensive real time data streaming architecture. This presentation will describe a next generation architecture for SCADA and data driven communications and will present the following. 1. Integrated OT/IT architecture 2. Unique features such as OT/IT object-oriented data model ready for enhanced analytics and decision support systems 3. Enhanced project implementation efficiency via automated data prep, configuration, data modelling, consistency verification, and testing 4. Comprehensive cybersecurity architecture with zero trust architecture 5. Data driven design with pub/sub architecture for enhanced data connectivity"
