Voith OnCall.Video and Voith Webshop – Remote support & troubleshooting and online parts ordering
For Voith, combining tradition and innovation is the recipe for continuing the company's more than 150-year success story also in today's digital age. Remote service as well as e-commerce spare parts business form two essential growth fields for the service business driven by digitization. Via Remote Service, service technicians can be supported virtually such that travel time and costs for service visits can be saved. In addition to the advantages on the provider side, remote services ensure higher availability of customers’ installed base through remote troubleshooting and remote repair. In the “service age of tomorrow”, Voith aims on providing a coherent customer journey – from identifying the root cause via Voith’s remote service platform OnCall.Video, to then directly ordering the appropriate spare part in the Voith Turbo Webshop.
