Product description
Alstom helps cities to implement more sustainable and efficient urban mobility that responds to passengers’ needs. In Spain, UITP’s host city is boosting public transport with a new metro fleet, manufactured by Alstom in Barcelona for Barcelona, for operator TMB (Transports Metropolitans de Barcelona). Passengers on line 3 can now travel on the first of 50 new trains. These trains will improve the service by offering more passenger comfort and accessibility, and move towards more sustainable mobility with their light structure, low energy consumption and ease of maintenance.
